Our Recruitment Policy

The aim is to increase the level of success by placing the right candidate in the right job in order to employ staff who are compatible with the corporate culture, possess fundamental skills and competencies, and are suitable for the unit standards and teamwork of the institution.

All job applications are submitted through our online postings, our website, or directly to our Human Resources department. Applications are pre-screened by our specialists according to predetermined criteria for open positions. Candidates who meet the criteria are invited for interviews, and Human Resources interview processes are initiated.

Our Training & Development Policy

Adatıp Hospital organizes continuous training programs to improve the professional knowledge and skills of its employees.

In order to perform current duties more effectively, adapt to changing conditions, and train the future managers of the institution, employee competencies are developed through training and development programs that support business objectives as well as the corporate values and principles.

Based on the Performance Management System, an annual training needs analysis is carried out. In line with this analysis, annual training calendars are prepared, and training sessions are planned and provided throughout the year for the relevant target groups.

Trainings are divided into two groups as mandatory and elective trainings. Mandatory trainings include the professional trainings, personal development programs, and orientation trainings that relevant employees are required to attend. Elective trainings consist of the programs recommended by managers to support the development of employees.

For the development of managers and to train the future leaders, both in-house and external professional training centers organize programs such as Basic Management Skills, Quality Standards, and similar topics.

Adatıp Hospital continuously develops new methods and training programs to enhance the development of its employees.

Salary and Benefits


Salary: 
It is paid on a monthly basis and calculated as a net amount. In our group, employee salaries are determined according to salary bands that vary based on education, foreign language proficiency, and experience.

Transportation: We provide a free staff shuttle network serving four different locations in the city center of Sakarya.

Meals: As an institution that offers hospitality services, our food and beverage services include lunch for all employees, as well as dinner and breakfast for our shift workers, provided by our in-house catering team.

Staff Housing: For our healthcare and administrative staff who do not have accommodation in the city where they work, we provide free staff housing located in the same district.

Occupational Physician: We have an occupational physician who provides medical assistance exclusively to our employees in case of illness and is responsible for their treatment.

Additionally, our employees benefit from free consultations and examinations with the hospital’s specialist physicians, while their first-degree family members receive discounted services.
