Frequently Asked Questions
When should we start the treatment?
Patients visiting our unit for the first time — even if they have already been diagnosed with infertility — should schedule an appointment for an initial consultation with our specialist. During this meeting, the appropriate treatment method and timing will be planned together.
What should we bring when coming for treatment?
According to the IVF regulation, couples must be legally married to receive treatment in our center. Therefore, bringing the marriage certificate is mandatory.
If you have any previous test results (such as semen analysis, hysterosalpingography, hormone tests, etc.) or medical reports from prior treatments (such as epicrisis documents), it is highly recommended to bring them as well.
How long does the treatment process take?
The duration of treatment may vary depending on the method chosen together with your doctor, typically lasting between 15 to 20 days.
During this period, you will need to visit our center approximately 4–5 times for consultations and procedures such as follicle monitoring, OPU (egg retrieval), and ET (embryo transfer).
Do you have an agreement with SGK (Social Security Institution)?
Yes. Patients who meet the SGK report criteria can benefit from treatment and medications by obtaining a report from a university or training and research hospital and paying only the participation fee.
