Neurosurgery
Neurosurgery (Brain and Nerve Surgery) Department
Also known as Neurosurgery, our Brain and Nerve Surgery Clinic provides comprehensive care with its team of expert physicians and advanced technological infrastructure.
Our specialists evaluate each patient’s medical history and symptoms, perform a detailed physical examination, and then use diagnostic tools such as blood tests, carotid Doppler ultrasound, cerebral angiography, computed tomography (CT), discography, MRI, electroencephalogram (EEG), electromyography (EMG), and lumbar puncture (LP) to determine the source of the problem.
Once a diagnosis is made, the treatment process is approached holistically, in collaboration with related departments such as Neurology, Neuroradiology, Neuroanesthesiology, Neurooncology, and Psychiatry, based on the patient’s specific needs. When necessary, an appropriate surgical procedure is planned and performed.
